Ben has worked within the home improvement industry for over 20 years, focussing firstly on surveying and now the installation and project management side of home improvements. We are thrilled to have Ben as part of our installation department.

Ben has designed Extensions, Conservatories & Orangeries since 2003 and has a passion to build on a well-respected reputation.

Kevin avidly follows F1 and enjoys relaxing whilst fishing on the weekends. Kevin has great rapport and respect amongst his peers.

Andy is a dedicated family man, who has been in the home improvements and installation role for over 2 decades.

Dave enjoys his sports, especially boxing. Since joining us in 2016 he has proven to be a great asset to the company.

Jeni loves her local community and is connected to many aspects of it, such as the local Rugby club. Jeni is a key member of the installations department, processing orders and arranging trades. Jeni has been a long standing and committed staff member that has a genuine interest in the well being of the company

Michael has a wealth of experience in managing home improvement companies spanning over 30 years. He particularly enjoys refining and upskilling staff members.

Phil enjoys playing golf on the weekends and is one of Richard Thomas Conservatories, Extensions & Windows long standing tradesman, fulfilling lead works since 2008.

Daniel has installed all manner of home improvements locally for nearly 2 decades. We were thrilled when he joined our team. Daniel enjoys family time and socialising at the weekends.

Neil is a friendly and uplifting member of the Richard Thomas Conservatories, Extensions & windows team. He thoroughly enjoys his work installing all types of home improvement products.

Harry used to work at Sun Seekers until we were able to win him over. He has an ever-increasing appetite to learn and to grow as a reliable member of the team.

Ethan has been training in all lead works since 2017 under our Snr. Lead Specialist Phil Huckle and has become a competent and reliable lead works installer.

Andy has been involved in selling and designing windows & door home improvements since the early 1990s and has a great understanding of the sales process as well as a depth of product knowledge that we at Richard Thomas are proud of.

Paul is based in Dorset and has been surveying conservatories, orangeries and extensions for us since the company was founded. Paul oversees all aspects of planning applications, building control, water board correspondence and any structural certification requirements.

Dave has specialised in surveying PVC and Aluminium conservatories, windows & doors since 1980s and has a depth of knowledge that we at Richard Thomas Conservatories, Extension & Windows trust and rely upon.

Paula joined us in 2010 and has always been an efficient and reliable member of the Richard Thomas office-based team. She has thoroughly enjoyed growing in her role as the company has grown. Paula has been a long standing and committed staff member that has a genuine interest in the well being of the company.
