We had the windows and roof of our old conservatory replaced. The job was excellent. The team were professional and efficient, the work carried out to a high standard and according to schedule. The new conservatory looks amazing.
Replaced old conservatory roof with modern efficient roof which has kept the conservatory cool this summer and will keep it warm in winter. They also fitted a new electric radiator in the conservatory and replaced several failed sealed unit windows throughout the house. Very pleased with results. Ben Shepherd was always available as project manager and when there were questions or things to be changed he was always flexible and helpful but also realistic as to what was possible, ie not promising anything they couldn’t deliver.

Highly recommend, really impressed with the whole team from the owner Ben coming to do the pricing and design personally which was transparent and upfront to the project manager keep us up to date with timelines and professional workmanship of the builders and other tradesmen, we even had them do some work on the rest of the ground floor with no problem.
We recently had an orangery conservatory installed in our home from Richard Thomas Conservatories. We absolutely love it! We have used Richard Thomas to complete two jobs for us – firstly a replacement conservatory and secondly a new double front door. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and completely to our satisfaction. This Orangery has transformed our house. It has increased the all-year-round living area drastically, whilst providing lots of light to the rest of the house. The whole project ran to schedule as planned in a very short time. So from digging foundations through to completion, minimised the disruption to us.

The conservatory was constructed very quickly (groundworks and foundations 10 days, 1 week superquick frame, doors, roof and gutters, 4 days plastering, 2 days electrics). We were pleased with the initial discussions of options offered and maximised the amount of brickwork along with double sliding doors, 1 single door and 5 opening windows.
We initially chose to work with this Company by firstly visiting their excellent website and then secondly, after the first visit to our home by Ben Slater. Ben was spot on when he designed our Orangery, understanding our requirements and even those that we didn’t know we wanted or needed.
