Ben has worked within the home improvement industry for over 20 years, focussing firstly on surveying and now the installation and project management side of home improvements. We are thrilled to have Ben as part of our installation department.

David used to run his own home improvement business before joining the Richard Thomas team. He is dedicated and results driven. During the weekends he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors as well as planning their next skiing holiday. David has installed all manner of home improvements locally for nearly two decades. We were thrilled when he joined our team.

Ethan has been training in all lead works since 2017 under our Snr. Lead Specialist Phil Huckle and has become a competent and reliable lead works installer.

Oversees maintenance of guarantees and provides support for the installation team.

Harry used to work at Sunseekers until we were able to win him over. He has an ever-increasing appetite to learn and to grow as a reliable member of the team.

Jeni loves her local community and is connected to many aspects of it, such as the local rugby club. Jeni is a key member of the installations department, processing orders and arranging trades. Jeni has been a long standing and committed staff member that has a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the company.

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Installation Department.

Kevin avidly follows F1 and enjoys relaxing whilst fishing on the weekends. Kevin has great rapport and respect amongst his peers.

Oversees staff welfare, health & safety and general business activities.

Michael has a wealth of experience in managing home improvement companies spanning over 30 years. He particularly enjoys refining and upskilling staff members.
